1. Orders
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been received.
You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation once your package is on its way (including tracking info if available).
2. Payments
We accept payments through Stripe (credit, debit, and prepaid cards).
All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. We do not have access to your card details.
3. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and with the packaging intact.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
