These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of My Evil Twin Official Store and any purchases you make from it.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All products are described as accurately as possible. Colors and details may slightly vary depending on your device settings.

Limited edition items may sell out and will not be restocked.

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and exclude VAT which is applied at chechkout.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store any payment information.

Orders are shipped from Italy within the stated timeframes on our Shipping Policy page.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or external factors.

Our Returns Policy applies to all purchases.

You are entitled to return an item within 14 days if it is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

All images, designs, logos, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of My Evil Twin.

They may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Genoa, Italy.
