1. Processing Time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days.
During high-demand periods (new releases, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods
All orders ship from Lavagna (GE), Italy, using national BRT couriers.
Average delivery times:
- Italy: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: we currently do not ship outside EU zone
3. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details (if available).
Please note: untracked shipping orders cannot be refunded in case of loss.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, quantity, and destination.
We offer free shipping on Italian orders over €60.
5. Delays & Customs
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen events (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).
